General
- The cottage is let as accommodation only and the quoted price includes all electricity required.
- Bedrooms have quilts and pillows but guests must supply their own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and cloths.
- Guests are responsible for all domestic cleaning that may be required.
- Please note that smoking is not permitted in the home.
- Guests are responsible for taking all rubbish to the main bins in the village, only 2 minute walk
Practicalities
The village has a shop, selling fresh bread and croisants, milk etc. Also you will find a bar and restaurant (Reservation required)
The best supermarket is E.LeClerc in Carhaix which has a cashpoint and is open until 7pm daily (closed Sundays).
Don't forget that in France all shops close from 12 - 2pm and stay open until 7pm. Restaurants are only open from 12 - 2pm and after 7pm.
Petrol stations are open normal shop hours. Don't be fooled by 24hr petrol signs, they will only accept French credit cards!

Live in the UK, We have a management company who will check the property once guests have vacated the property.
